Position: Strategic Project Lead, Finance
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $400K - $550K/yr

Role Responsibilities
- Own and manage projects end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely satisfied with deliverables.
- Oversee complex, finance-specific data pipelines to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Lead teams of Human Data Managers and subject-matter experts in Finance, reviewing their work for quality and compliance.
- Communicate directly with top AI Labs regarding massive, high-impact projects to ensure alignment and success.
- Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize key performance indicators across finance-driven workflows.
- Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Have a strong background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Possess at least of experience in a leadership role managing large-scale or finance-heavy data projects.
- Demonstrate a passion for building from the ground up and executing solutions rapidly in high-stakes environments.
- Have a strong startup and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly when engaging with senior finance domain experts.
